Closing a real estate transaction requires the coordination of several financial instruments. The Loan Officer has to work with the Processor and the Underwriter to prepare the lender documents.

The Real Estate Agent(s) work with the buyer and seller to finalize the Purchase and Sale Contract. Finally the Escrow Company collects all the necessary documents and funds and prepares for the Closing.
